This place offers great value and the staff are friendly, they also manage the parking in the public parking lot in front of here.

We had delightful time at the hotel and would stay here again. We have spent 1 day in standard double room with the charming ambience of the Provence and bath. The location was good, a 10-15 minute walk from an ethnographic museum.

The rooms were nicely furnished and airy, with BBC channel and a TV with CNN, comfortable bed. The location was convenient and decent, to get the hotle from the center ville must cross the river...

I loved this excellent value and ideal place. The breakfast was freshly prepared and generous, offering boiled eggs and croissants. The rooms were airy and nicely furnished, complete with a great bathroom and a charming ambiance. The location seemed perfect on the main area.

functional: a decent and confortable place to spend a night for a fair price. rooms had the look to had been recently refurbished.
worn out bathroom towels. although close to the cty centre, the hotel is not actually in it (you have to cross the bridge) but for ones travelling with car, is convenient as parking inside the town should be almost impossible.

We stayed over the Easter weekend, when Arles has a big fair. Things got off to a good start when the owner moved the hotel van so that we could park directly in front of the hotel! Traditional scarves for the fair were waiting on our bed and on Easter Sunday there was also an Easter egg. The restaurant was excellent, including breakfast, although the latter was rather pricey at 15 euros. The town centre is a few minutes walk away across a bridge next to the hotel, which means that the area is pleasantly quiet at night. The hotel can be a little difficult to find, although in the event we had no problem. I was delighted that when we extended our stay by one night, I was charged the same as the pre- booked rate.
The only negative aspect was that our room had a slight by definite smell of drains ...

Located across the river, the hotel is only a few minutes' walk from the main attractions. the peaceful garden and poolside provide a relaxing atmosphere. the hotel's breakfast is highly praised, and the rooms are well-furnished.
Limited room options, such as the basement rooms, may be less desirable for some guests.

Managers very helpful to any questions we had. Nice quiet area but just a short walk to the centre of the town.

Everybody in the staff was extremely kind and thoughtful. The room was very cool with a nice view on the swimming pool. The location is also okay, the hotel can be easily reached by car without getting jammed in the old city, nevertheless the city center can be reached in 5 minutes walking

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Trinquetaille area. The location was perfect, just across the river from the main town, making it a quiet and peaceful area. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms had a charming Provencal ambience and were in good condition, with super clean en suites with shower over bath. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of choices to start the day off right. great value for money.
Honestly, I couldn't find anything to complain about. It was all perfect.

Garden, outdoor space. Frontdesk staff excellent, personable, helpful. Free parking on the street.
A bit pricy for the offer. Few, if any dinner choices at the restaurant, although food was tasty.

Quiet room, even though it went to the parking lot. We reserved a garage space which was a good move because parking spaces are very hard to find. The staff organized everything with the car. Very beautiful inner courtyard with swimming pool. Close to the center (walking).
Our room was very small. 15 Eur for breakfast was too much for us.
